Pre-Fab Fireplace
A Pre-Fabricated fireplace is usually a metal unit that utilizes pipe for its flue.
Sometimes these fireplaces can be relined with new pipe in order to help it function properly.
Other situations require an entirely new unit to be installed along with new pipe.

Chase Cover & Crown Mount Caps
Chase covers are the metal covering on top of chimneys to shed water away. Most of the time chase covers are nailed from the top into the wood framing, this cause water damage and rot.
Crown mount caps are large caps that cover brick or stone chimneys to shed water. These caps keep the concrete and flu from collecting water over time.
Chase covers and Crown mount caps come in different colors, sizes and shapes.
